Jeff oversees and coordinates the worship ministry at Salem. He is passionate about seeing God’s people worship Jesus and leading them into His presence.

Jeff was born in Arkansas but lived in Oklahoma until he was 18. He began his college career at Baylor University and then transferred to Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. He graduated from there in 1983 with a Bachelor of Music Education degree. From there he attended and graduated with a Master of Music degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Jeff is married to Maria and they have a beautiful daughter, Karis. He loves to attend Broadway musicals and, on a college choir tour, had the opportunity to sing a solo in Notre Dame Cathedral.
